We recently liquidated this Alto-Shaam Combi oven during a restaurant remodel.  We have tested it fully in our shop and everything is working properly.  It is in very good used condition.  It will hold up to 10 full size 2.5" deep insert pans.  Multiple operating modes make it easy to cook a variety of menu items in one piece of equipment.

Please be advised that equipment has been previously used, and products may have dings, dents, scratches, etc. We do clean the equipment to the best of our ability but please do not expect a spotless piece of equipment

We have a large inventory of used and reconditioned restaurant equipment. Please contact us with any other needs you may have.
Buyer to pay actual shipping charges from Charlotte, NC. In most cases, items will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment. Most items weighing under 100 pounds are shipped through UPS Ground. Any items shipped UPS Ground are automatically insured for the amount of sale.
However, we will not take responsibility for items lost or damaged during shipment.
When making a shipping inquiry, please state whether item will be going to a business or residence. If the item in question is to be shipped through a freight carrier, please state whether any additional services will be necessary. Services such as lift gate delivery, inside delivery, residential delivery, and arrival notification are all available at extra costs, and will not be included in your original quote if not requested. This can affect the amount you had expected to pay for shipping.
