Used Electric Kitchen Appliance Oven/Steamer Combination, BLODGETT Model COS-101S/AA.  This equipment
has versatile capabilities and usages. It does three in one operations - cooks in steam mode, cooks in hot air/convection mode and combi mode. It is  essential to note that the Combi mode applies the steam and hot air combination in preparing delicious foods.  You can use this equipment to steam the vegetables and other types of foods, use it also to bake, and roast meats without food flavor transfer.
Depending on what type of foods you are preparing this equipment meets the requirement and can help make cooking easy with end result of delicious and healthy meals.  After cooking, t
