Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This ionizing blower is in good cosmetic condition with some scuffs and scratches from normal use, but nothing too major or anything that would affect function.
Notes:
This ionizer was given a quick check with a test power supply (no power supply is included).  It operated correctly and reasonably quiet, with a solid green light and just a very faint odor of ozone to indicate it was working.  The self-cleaning system ran at shutoff as expected. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
